A little more about me

Daniella

Hi, I’m Daniella, and for almost a decade I’ve been supporting people to improve their wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.

My journey into yoga began as a personal one. Like many people, I experienced periods of stress, overwhelm, and challenges that impacted both my mental and physical wellbeing. Through yoga, I discovered a way to slow down, reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and begin to heal. The practices I now teach played a significant role in helping me find greater balance, resilience, and peace, and it’s this experience that inspires me to share them with others.

Today, I combine my lived experience with extensive professional training and years of experience working within the mental health sector. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and rooted in the understanding that wellbeing looks different for everyone. I am passionate about helping people develop practical tools to manage stress, release tension, build resilience, and feel more at home in their bodies.

I am a Yoga Master qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Children’s Yoga, alongside holding a Level 3 qualification in Mat Pilates and training in breathwork, meditation and mindfulness. I am also a Wellness and Mindset Coach and am currently training as an NLP Practitioner, allowing me to support clients not only through movement but also through mindset, behaviour change, and personal growth.

Alongside my wellbeing qualifications, I hold a degree in Events Management, which enables me to create thoughtfully designed workshops, retreats, and wellness experiences that feel both meaningful and memorable. I believe wellbeing should be more than just a class—it should be an experience that leaves you feeling supported, inspired, and empowered long after it ends.

Whether you’re joining me for a yoga or Pilates session, attending a workshop, booking a retreat, or working with me one-to-one, my goal is to provide a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and prioritise your wellbeing in a way that feels sustainable and realistic for your life.

Testimonials

  • It was fabulous! Ideal for anyone with (or without) mobility issues. A relaxed session, where everyone can work at their own pace, within their own limits and still feel like they’ve done some meaningful exercise. Felt great afterwards. Looking forward to the next session.

  • I have gone from never having done yoga before to looking forward to my Thursday evening brain detox and deep stretch. I appreciate the time and space I am encouraged to give myself, during yin yoga class, to care for my mind and body. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

  • I took part in the basics of yoga course and absolutely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about doing yoga for the first time, or even if you’ve done a bit before but want to know more.
Daniella was so welcoming and helpful and I learnt so much. She has really made a plan where you can take time and find space for yourself. I will definitely be attending classes as often as I can now I’ve completed the course.
