A little about me

Daniella

Hi, I’m Daniella. For almost a decade, I’ve been helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected through yoga, Pilates, and wellbeing practices.

Drawing on my experience in both the wellness and mental health sectors, I specialise in nervous system regulation, stress management, and tension release. My mission is to make wellbeing accessible, inclusive, and realistic, helping you create simple, sustainable habits that support your mind and body for the long term.

Whether you're looking for personalised one-to-one support or wellbeing solutions for your team, my private and corporate sessions are designed to help people feel calmer, healthier, and more resilient. Drawing on nearly 10 years of experience in Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, and mental health wellbeing, I create tailored sessions that support stress management, nervous system regulation, movement, and relaxation. From private coaching and wellness sessions to workplace wellbeing programmes, each offering is designed to meet your unique needs and create lasting, positive change.
